The 19,500-square-meter industrial facility with a three-story office building is the most modern factory in the portfolio of the Hager Group, which manufactures electrical safety devices.
Depenbrock Polska, as general contractor, realized the industrial hall of mixed steel and reinforced concrete load-bearing structure, the office building in post-and-beam construction (6,000 sqm).
In the Polish Project Excellence Award 2023 competition, the Hager industrial facility won the prestigious award for Best Infrastructure Project according to IPMA Poland in 2023.
