We have completed construction at Panattoni Park Białystok III
Depenbrock Polska has completed the construction of a facility with an area of more than 32,000 m² at Panattoni Park Białystok III, a modern logistics complex located in Choroszcz, in the Podlaskie region.
The development has now been completed and handed over for use, marking another significant industrial and logistics project delivered in north-eastern Poland.
The facility was developed in a strategic location directly adjacent to the Białystok-Zachód interchange on the S8 expressway. This provides convenient access to Poland’s national transport network as well as the Via Carpatia corridor, which is intended to connect Northern and Southern Europe. The park is located approximately 16 km from the centre of Białystok, enabling efficient service of regional and domestic markets as well as international distribution routes.
Panattoni Park Białystok III attracted strong tenant interest already during the construction phase. Before completion, the developer had secured six companies representing the courier, logistics, construction, environmental services and retail sectors, including businesses operating in consumer electronics and cosmetics. The remaining 9,400 m² of available space is currently the only Class A warehouse offering in the region.
For Depenbrock Polska, the project is another example of effective cooperation on an industrial development with demanding technical, environmental and organisational requirements. The facility was designed and delivered in line with modern warehouse market standards, incorporating solutions that support energy efficiency, reduced water consumption and sustainable mobility, including infrastructure for electric vehicles.
The development is expected to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, confirming both the high quality of the solutions implemented and the responsible approach taken to the design and delivery of the facility.
Panattoni Park Białystok III is Panattoni’s third development in the Podlaskie region. In total, the developer has delivered three facilities there with a combined area of 109,000 m², further strengthening the region’s position on Poland’s logistics map.
For Depenbrock Polska, participation in this project further confirms the company’s experience in delivering modern warehouse and industrial facilities, as well as its commitment to supporting the development of logistics infrastructure in dynamically growing regions across Poland.
