For Depenbrock Polska, this is a particularly important milestone, as we had the opportunity to deliver the project as General Contractor. The facility is already playing an important role in the continued development of modern industry in Poland.

The new complex, with an area of nearly 73,000 m², includes a production hall, warehouse space and office facilities. The project was delivered for our partner, Panattoni Poland, and developed specifically to meet the requirements of BSH, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of household appliances.

The project stood out not only because of its scale, but also due to its high level of technological complexity. Delivering the new plant required precise planning and close coordination between the construction works and the installation of specialist production lines. One of the key challenges was creating an environment that would meet the demanding standards of modern industrial manufacturing while also providing the flexibility needed for the future growth of BSH’s operations.

The new factory has enabled BSH to consolidate activities that had previously been spread across several locations in the region. The plant currently manufactures, among other products, various types of vacuum cleaners and coffee machines, with further expansion of the product portfolio planned in the future.

For the Depenbrock Polska team, the project provided another opportunity to apply the experience gained from delivering advanced industrial and logistics facilities. Projects of this kind require not only a high standard of construction, but also close cooperation between all parties involved and a flexible approach to the evolving needs of the end user.

The start of production marks the completion of one phase and the beginning of another – the point at which the completed facility starts fulfilling its business purpose.
