Data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.

You have the right to: request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and data portability.

If the processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by informing us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that has been carried out previously.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Personal data contained in e-mail correspondence:

The processing is carried out for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the controller, i.e. maintaining e-mail correspondence, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The following data is processed: email address, first and last name, and any other data you provide us in email correspondence.

The recipients of the data are the addressees of the correspondence.

Personal data contained in email correspondence:

Processing is carried out for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the controller, i.e. maintaining email correspondence, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The following data is processed: email address, first and last name, and any other data that you provide to us in email correspondence.

The recipients of the data are the addressees of the email correspondence. The data may be stored on an external mail server. External IT companies may also have access to it for the purposes of servicing and supplying software and IT equipment. Apart from that, the data will not be disclosed (shared) to other entities, except in cases provided for in the applicable regulations.

The data may be transferred to third countries only if the addressee of a specific message uses email service providers in such a country. The data will not be transferred to international organizations unless such an obligation arises from generally applicable law.

The data will be stored for a period of 10 years due to applicable tax regulations and limitation periods for claims.

Providing data is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent the administrator from contacting the person concerned by email.

Personal data contained in invoices and other accounting documents:

Processing is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the controller (keeping accounting records) and pursuing the legitimate interests of the controller (possible investigation or protection against claims), in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the GDPR.
The following data is processed: name and address of the seller and buyer, tax identification numbers, possible details of the signatory, and other data included on invoices and other accounting documents.
The controller may entrust the processing of your data to external accounting firms and law firms. External IT companies may also have access to them for the purposes of servicing and supplying software and IT equipment, as well as postal and courier companies for the purposes of sending correspondence. Your data will be transferred to banks for the purposes of making payments. In other respects, the data will not be disclosed (made available) to other entities, except in cases provided for in applicable regulations.
The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations, unless such an obligation arises from generally applicable law.
The data will be stored for a period of 10 years due to applicable tax regulations and limitation periods for claims.
The data is obtained from you and from public registers (CEIDG, KRS). Providing the data is necessary for the purpose of fulfill accounting and tax obligations.

Personal data processed on the administrator’s profiles on social media:

The processing is carried out for the purposes of the administrator’s legitimate interests, i.e. maintaining contact with customers and potential customers on social media, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
The following data is processed: first name, last name, image, other data provided by users on their profiles.
The data will be available to the provider of the portal and its users. External IT companies may also have access to it for the purposes of servicing software and IT equipment. Apart from that, the data will not be disclosed (shared) to other entities, except in cases provided for in applicable regulations.
The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations, subject to point 3 above. When using a social networking site, you must be aware that the personal data protection laws of countries outside the European Union may be less restrictive.
The data will be stored for as long as the user follows the administrator’s profile on the portal.

Personal data contained in recruitment processes (CVs, cover letters):

Processing is based on consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary and is not required by any regulations, but refusal to provide data will prevent participation in the recruitment process.
The data provided in the application form of a candidate applying for employment is processed.
Access to the data may be granted to external recruitment companies – for the purposes of conducting the recruitment process, and to IT companies – for the purposes of servicing and supplying software and IT equipment. Apart from that, the data will not be disclosed (shared) to other entities, except in cases provided for in applicable regulations.
The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
The data will be stored during the recruitment process and for up to six months thereafter, unless the candidate withdraws their consent to the processing of their data.

Personal data collected as part of video surveillance:

Processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, i.e. to ensure the safety of employees and protect the employer’s property, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and Article 222 of the Labor Code.
The following data is processed: images of persons on the premises covered by monitoring.
The data may be disclosed to the relevant authorities in the event of a crime or damage to property being recorded. Otherwise, the data will not be disclosed (shared) with other entities, except in cases provided for in the applicable regulations.
The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
The data will be stored for a period of 3 months. In the event that the image recordings constitute evidence in proceedings or the employer becomes aware that they may constitute evidence in proceedings, the above-mentioned period shall be extended until the proceedings are legally concluded.

Cookies:

In order to ensure the greatest possible comfort when using our website, small files, known as cookies, are stored on your device when you browse it.
