SCOPE OF DUTIES
- Preparation of valuations and bills of quantities for investments
- Analysis of project documentation and technical drawings
- Obtaining offers and analysing market prices
- Preparing data for quotations and material lists
- Cooperation with designers and subcontractors in optimising solutions
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in construction (or final years of study)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Analytical thinking, accuracy and good work organisation
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in cost estimation and investment budgeting is welcome.
