"Hall B" – under construction! Panattoni Park Kraków East VI
Following the completion of Hall A, we are continuing work on the Panattoni Park Kraków East VI complex in Zakrzów. We are currently constructing Hall B, which will be the larger of the two buildings comprising the development. The new facility will combine warehouse space with office and staff facilities, along with the full infrastructure required for its operation.
Hall B – over 15,000 m² of space
The second phase of the development includes the construction of a hall with an area exceeding 15,000 m². In addition to warehouse space, the building will include office and staff facilities, providing the necessary amenities for employees and the administrative operation of the facility.
The project also includes the accompanying infrastructure required for the building’s day-to-day operation. Together, these elements will create a space fully prepared for warehousing activities and their ongoing support.
A location that supports logistics
The complex is being developed in Zakrzów, close to the A4 motorway and the Niepołomice/Podłęże junction. This location provides convenient transport links towards Kraków, Rzeszów and Silesia, making it a significant advantage for future users of the warehouse space.
The development forms part of the continued expansion of the logistics infrastructure in the Małopolska region. The new hall is being built with companies in mind that are looking for space to grow their operations in the region, with convenient access to the road network.
Approximately 27,500 m² upon completion
Once Hall B is completed, the total area of the complex in Zakrzów will reach approximately 27,500 m². The two buildings, together with office and staff facilities and the accompanying infrastructure, will form the completed development.
The completion of the first hall marked an important milestone in the project. Work is now focused on the second, larger building, which will add further warehouse space to the complex.
