“Hall A” in Zakrzów completed. This is the first phase of Panattoni Park Kraków East VI.
We have completed the first phase of the Panattoni Park Kraków East VI development in Zakrzów, near the A4 motorway. The completed Hall A is a modern warehouse and logistics facility with an area of nearly 12,000 m², built in the BTS (build-to-suit) formula for InPost. Meanwhile, work is already underway on the next phase of the development on the adjacent site.
Modern logistics space for InPost
Hall A was designed as a cross-dock terminal, enabling efficient parcel handling and transshipment. The development’s location in the immediate vicinity of the A4 motorway provides convenient access to the region’s key transport routes.
The scope of completed works included not only the construction of the warehouse and logistics facility, but also office and staff facilities, comprehensive technical infrastructure and the internal transport system. Internal roads, drainage systems and external infrastructure necessary for the efficient operation of the facility also form an integral part of the development.
Technological solutions and sustainable construction
An important element of the project was the implementation of solutions supporting energy efficiency and reducing the building’s environmental impact.
The development includes, among other solutions, a photovoltaic installation, an energy storage system, a BMS building management system, rainwater recovery solutions and high-efficiency heating systems.
Another key design objective is to meet the requirements for BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level.
The next phase of the development is already underway
The completion of Hall A does not mark the end of works at Panattoni Park Kraków East VI. At the same time, a second warehouse and logistics facility with an area of nearly 16,000 m² is currently under construction.
According to the schedule, completion is planned for the first quarter of 2027. Once both phases are completed, the complex will offer a total of approximately 27,000 m² of modern warehouse and logistics space.
The completion of the first phase marks another important step in the development of logistics infrastructure in the Kraków area, responding to the needs of modern logistics operators.
