We are pleased to announce the completion of another investment!
Building C2 in the City Point Targówek complex is a modern industrial building with an area of 25,000 m², of which 3,000 m² is designated for functional and comfortable office space.
🏗️ We carried out the project as the General Contractor on behalf of the joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors.
🌱 The investment was prepared and carried out in the spirit of sustainable development, taking into account the highest standards of BREEAM, LEED, WELL HSR and EU Taxonomy. The building was constructed on a challenging post-industrial site – a challenge that we turned into a success thanks to the experience and commitment of our team.
📦Once all stages of development are complete, City Point Targówek will become the largest logistics park in Warsaw, setting new standards in modern and sustainable industrial infrastructure.
