The new facility will meet the highest environmental standards, offering a total of 17,000 m² of modern space. Handover of Hall C1 for use is planned for the third quarter of 2026.
The new C1 hall will be an SBU (Small Business Units) facility, where modules will be available from 675 sq m. Each of them has been assigned space for a modern office and a social area. Such an offer is highly sought after and rarely available on the market. The investment is also distinguished by the possibility of conducting light industrial activities. The new C1 hall is being built on a revitalised site, where demolition and clean-up work has been carried out so far. According to the plan, the completion of construction and handover of the facility for use is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
The new facility will offer a total of 17,000 sq m of space. Most of it has already been reserved by one of the leading companies operating in the food sector. The new hall will meet the highest environmental standards and provide many unique solutions. Each module will be accessible for loading via both unloading docks and gates at level 0. The building will be supplied with district heating (central heating), and photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof. Better lighting will be provided by skylights covering 5-12% of the roof area. Recreation areas will be prepared for employees, including places for rest, integration and comfort. Future users will have access to electric vehicle charging stations and covered bicycle shelters.
– Depenbrock Polska is commencing work on another facility as part of City Point Targówek – Hall C1 with an area of approximately 17,000 sq m. This project requires high engineering precision, among other things due to the advanced infrastructure of one of the future tenants, who has planned a cold store and freezer room with a temperature of -20°C on their premises. We are currently reinforcing the ground with displacement columns and carrying out preparatory work for the foundations. We are delighted to continue our cooperation with Peakside on a project that stands out for its scale and technical complexity. Michał Berus, Construction Manager at Depenbock Polska
City Point Targówek is the largest logistics park within Warsaw, which will ultimately offer 100,000 m² of modern space. Located in a former industrial zone, it has been designed with multifunctionality in mind — it serves both traditional urban logistics and light manufacturing, as well as more specialised activities.
The park’s advantage is its urban location, providing easy access to public transport and major exit routes. Of course, these are not our first activities in this area — we are proud to continue the development of this modern complex.
