We have started our next project in the heart of Greater Poland! This time, we are pleased to be the General Contractor for a modern production and storage hall located in Franowo, Poznań, commissioned by 7R S.A. 7R City Flex Poznań East I will be a complex of buildings offering 9,529 m² of modular warehouse space and over 600 m² of office and social facilities. This project stands out thanks to its many modern and environmentally friendly solutions:
A pioneering façade, part of which will be made of fossil fuel-free steel, with virtually zero carbon dioxide emissions. The subdued colour scheme of the façade has been chosen so that it does not stand out from its surroundings.
The facility will be equipped with an advanced and modern cold store and freezer designed for leading customers in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The installed PV system will not only supply the building itself with electricity, but also an electric car charging station, thereby reducing primary energy consumption and supporting the development of electromobility and sustainable transport.
Planters with grass will be placed on a section of the roof above the office part of the building. 
In addition, a spacious shelter for storing bicycles and chargers for electric scooters has been provided to promote environmentally friendly forms of transport.
The building has been designed to meet the requirements of the BREEAM certificate at the EXCELLENT level. The attractiveness of this investment is evidenced by the fact that 77% of the building’s space has already been leased!
