SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and organisation of construction, including tasks related to the acceptance and securing of the construction site
- Supervision of the quality and timely completion of works in accordance with the construction design and schedule
- Close cooperation with the project manager, investor supervision, designers and the construction coordination team.
- Coordination of team and subcontractor work, acceptance of works
- Analysis of technical documentation and monitoring of construction costs
- Supervision of the preparation of construction documentation
- Supervision of compliance with building regulations, health and safety regulations and rules on the construction site
- Supervision of fault rectification
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Higher technical education – construction
- Experience in managing works on industrial or logistics facilities (mandatory requirement)
- Building licence to manage construction works without restrictions in the field of construction and building engineering
- Very good knowledge of the CAD environment and the MS Office suite.
- Practical knowledge of building law and implementing regulations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and rules
- Very good work organisation
- Mobility, willingness to work on business trips
- Category B driving licence
